About Penguins & Pops

Mississippi Aquarium and Pop Brothers have teamed up again for a special day of Penguins and Pops! Celebrate African Penguin Awareness Day with us by meeting one of our beloved African penguins.

The event is $12.00 and includes your choice of popsicle and a photo with a penguin. All proceeds from this event will benefit African Penguin conservation efforts.

Plan Ahead

Admission to MSAQ is not required.
$12 event fee does not include admission to MSAQ.
Penguins & Pops will take place along the entry walkway to Mississippi Aquarium.
Please dress appropriately for the weather.
Our African penguins will be on-site beginning at 11am and depart promptly at 1pm.
Be sure to arrive early! Participation will be on a first come, first served basis.

Take home a one-of-a-kind penguin painting created by our colonymates! Each painting will be $20 and will be available on a first come, first served basis.
