Brittany Simmons is a 500 hour Registered Yoga Teacher who teaches a weekly gentle yoga class designed to warm up the body, stretch stiff joints, and relax muscles while also reducing stress and chaotic noise going on in our minds. Brittany is also a Registered Dietitian, and while she is not teaching yoga, she runs a telehealth nutrition counseling practice, Brittany Simmons Whole Health. Brittany combines principles of yoga with science of nutrition to help others live a better quality of life in health and happiness.
