What is your code of conduct?
We want every person’s visit to the aquarium to be a pleasant and fun experience. We invite guests to help us maintain a safe environment by respecting all people, animals, and aquarium property. Any behavior that is considered rude, unsafe or disruptive to other guests, our animals or our team will not be tolerated. Explicit or derogatory language will not be tolerated at the aquarium and we ask guests to please consider using appropriate language when visiting. Visitors that are in violation of any guest policy may be asked to leave the aquarium without a refund. Can I bring my pet to the Aquarium?
For the safety of our animals, pets are not allowed at the Aquarium. Please do not attempt to bring your pet into the Aquarium as you will be asked to leave, and your tickets are not refundable.
Can I bring food & beverage to the Aquarium?
Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the aquarium. Coolers, ice chests, and glass containers are also not permitted. Special dietary items for medical purposes and baby food or formula are considered an exception. Reusable water bottles are allowed. Refillable water stations can be found in the Gulf Shop and first floor of the Aquatic Wonders building. Mississippi Aquarium reserves the right to inspect any bags and containers that are on aquarium property.
Is photography allowed at the Aquarium?
Visitors to the aquarium are welcome to take photos and/or videos for personal use only. Staff reserve the right to tell visitors when photography is not allowed. Any photography or video needed for business-related purposes or other media requests must go through the Sales & Marketing Department. Please contact info@msaquarium.org
Flying drones over Mississippi Aquarium property is not permitted.
How much are tickets?
Adults: 13-64 - $29.95 to $31.95 (*Select Days)
Child: 3-12 - $24.95 to $26.95 (*Select Days) (2 & under free)
Senior: 65+ - $26.95 to $28.95 (*Select Days)
*Pricing is dependent on the day of your visit.
*Children 2 and under receive free admission

All tickets are final sale and non-refundable. No rain checks.
Are group rates available?
Groups rates are applied for 15 or more guests. Group rate is only available with a single payment transaction and are only available for purchase through our Group Sales Manager or at the Aquarium Ticket Office at SALES@MSAQUARIUM.ORG. Additional discounts, such as military or senior are not valid with any other group, promotion or discount.
What is the dress code?
Mississippi Aquarium is a family friendly environment. Shirts, bottoms, and footwear are required for admission. Clothing with offensive or vulgar language is not allowed and should be covered when on Aquarium property. Mississippi Aquarium is the sole judge on determining the appropriateness of attire.
Are strollers and wheelchairs allowed?
Wheelchairs and strollers are welcome inside aquarium grounds. The Aquarium does not offer a rental service for strollers. Wheelchairs are available to rent on a first come, first serve basis at the ticket window.
Are service animals allowed?
Trained and harnessed, leashed or tethered service animals are welcome inside the Aquarium in all guest areas except the Aviary where there is strong potential for direct animal contact. Service Animal relief must be handled outside Aquarium property. Pets and comfort or emotional support animals are not allowed inside the Aquarium.
Smoking, Vaping and Tobacco
Mississippi Aquarium is a tobacco and smoke-free facility. This includes smokeless tobacco, e-cigarettes and vaping. Any tobacco use or smoking of any kind is not permitted on Aquarium property.
Soliciting
The solicitation or selling of any items to visitors on Aquarium property is not permitted unless given prior written approval. The distribution of propaganda, flyers, pamphlets, or other literature is not allowed without prior written approval.
What happens if it rains?
Mississippi Aquarium is an indoor and outdoor facility. Plan accordingly with the weather. Refunds will not be given.

Does the Aquarium have a lost and found?
Mississippi Aquarium is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Any items that have been turned in will be placed in the security office and held for no more than 30 days. Call (228) 241-1300 to report lost items.
Are the animals at the Aquarium safe?
Our top priority is the health and welfare of our animals and guests. Throwing objects into the habitats is strictly prohibited as this could cause serious harm to animals at the aquarium. Endangering the welfare of the animals, guests or team members may result in immediate dismissal from Mississippi Aquarium property. Please understand that at any point during the day an animal at the aquarium may not be viewable due to many factors, including but not limited to, weather conditions, veterinary procedures, safety, training, habitat cleaning, and other animal needs.
